Senior Labour and Employment Law Specialist

The Heller Group Legal and Executive Search is seeking a highly experienced Senior Labour and Employment Law Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide expert advice on complex labour and employment law matters, including experience appearing before tribunals and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice on labour relations, including grievance administration, occupational health and safety, and collective agreement interpretation.
  • Advise on regulatory matters, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company in tribunals and regulatory bodies, as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective labour relations strategies to minimize risk and maximize productivity.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in labour and employment law, with a strong track record of success in complex cases.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
