We are seeking a highly skilled CCM Technical Lead to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of SmartComm solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand project requirements and create Technical Specification Documents (TSDs)
  • Code changes as per current architecture, utilizing MS Word for template design and coding
  • Unit test changes to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Participate in project reviews and provide technical expertise
  • Assist in project planning and estimation, ensuring timely completion
  • Ensure project timelines are met and suggest process improvements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working on SmartCom tools, including template designing and configuration
  • 5+ years of experience with XML and schema
