CCM Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled CCM Technical Lead to join our team at NTT DATA Services. This is a fully remote role that can be based anywhere in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of project requirements and create Technical Specification Documents (TSD)
  • Code changes as per current architecture, utilizing MS Word for template design and coding
  • Conduct unit testing to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Participate in project reviews and contribute to the development of project plans and estimates
  • Ensure timely project delivery and collaborate with the team to identify process improvements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working with SmartCom tools, focusing on template design and configuration
  • 5+ years of experience with XML and schema
