About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Analyst to join our team at GTT, LLC. As a Data Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, integrity, and accessibility of data within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Quality Management: Manage data quality, including requirements documentation, metrics monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Data Governance: Implement and enforce data governance policies and standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze datasets to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Data Documentation: Create and maintain data documentation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with data owners, users, and IT teams.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support on data stewardship and tools.
  • Reporting: Generate data quality and compliance reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams on data solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI).
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Tools and Methodologies: Experience with data quality tools and methodologies.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data management (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Certifications: Certifications in data governance or management (CDMP, DGSP).
  • Programming Skills: Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
