Job Title: Intermediate Data Entry Specialist with Data Governance and Compliance Experience

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Data Entry Specialist with a strong background in data governance and compliance to provide end-user operational system support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter information into the database
  • Review license documents to determine reporting data
  • Enter data into the database and Excel
  • Verify data entered by external parties in the database and the Digital Regulatory Assurance System
  • Contact external parties to validate data and make change requests
  • Enter non-compliances found into the Digital Regulatory Assurance System
  • Assist with other office duties as required

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience providing end-user operational system support, including data collection, data editing, data validation, and data conversion within an enterprise system
  • 3+ years of experience entering data into databases and Excel, with a minimum typing speed of 65 words per minute
  • 2+ years of experience with data governance, data privacy, and compliance regulations
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Excel
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
