About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Drafting Technician to join our team at STARLINE WINDOWS LTD. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating detailed engineering designs and drawings, supervising other drafting personnel, and training new team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Drafting: Prepare accurate and detailed engineering designs and drawings, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior drafting personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
  • Training and Development: Train new drafting personnel on company procedures, software, and best practices.
  • Documentation: Develop and prepare design sketches, technical reports, and specifications, as well as complete documentation packages and drawing sets.
