Responsabilités
  • Assurer la coordination et la planification des projets de construction;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de construction et les fournisseurs pour garantir la réalisation des projets dans les délais et dans les coûts prévus;
  • Veiller à la conformité aux normes et réglementations en vigueur;
  • Effectuer des inspections régulières des chantiers pour s'assurer de la qualité des travaux et de la sécurité des employés et des intervenants;
  • Établir et maintenir des relations avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les partenaires pour garantir la satisfaction et la loyauté;
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes.
Compétences requises
  • Éducation collégiale ou CEGEP;
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans le domaine de la construction ou des projets;
  • Connaissance des normes et réglementations en vigueur dans le domaine de la construction;
  • Compétences en gestion de projet et en coordination;
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement;
  • Connaissance de l'outil informatique et des logiciels de gestion de projet.
