About the JobWe are seeking passionate and caring RNs to join our amazing team in Red Deer and surrounding areas. As a Registered Nurse with Bayshore, you will work to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes or in facilities. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, delivering exceptional care, and providing support to help them achieve their goals.
- Provide client care using observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, and counseling.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A diploma in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing and a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
- Current CPR certification.
- Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening) and negative TB test.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
