Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Spray Foam Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for:

  • Installing spray foam inside walls, ceilings, ductwork, and basement slabs, following strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Evaluating project conditions and completing quantity takeoffs to ensure accurate estimates.
  • Operating spray foam equipment and tools with precision and efficiency.
  • Preparing work sites by protecting windows and floors, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Troubleshooting spray foam equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Disposing of waste materials and cleaning up work sites thoroughly.
  • Setting up and taking down scaffolding as required, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Ensuring scope of work is completed efficiently and according to company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience installing spray foam, with a proven track record of success.
  • A clean driver's abstract, reliable transportation, and proficiency in English language skills.
  • A safety-conscious attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Reliability and dependability, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Estimate Salary Range

Based on industry standards and your level of experience, we estimate the salary range for this position to be between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on performance and qualifications.
