As a Compassionate Home Care Provider with ParaMed, you will play a vital role in supporting patients in their homes and community setting. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $70,000 per year

About the Role:

You will be responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, including skin, hair, and oral care, as well as bathing, toileting, and peri-care. You will also prepare nutritious meals and snacks, perform basic housekeeping tasks, and provide companionship to help patients enjoy a better quality of life.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to patients
  • Perform basic housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid Personal Support Worker Certificate and be able to demonstrate compassion and care when interacting with patients. You should also be reliable, flexible, and passionate about making a difference in your community.
