About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Domino's Pizza Peace River. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook food items according to our menu and quality standards.
    • Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, and dishwashers.
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Housekeeping and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to our housekeeping and sanitation procedures.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized at all times.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
