  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation

Lead a team of food preparation staff to ensure that meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Estimate and Manage Inventory

Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare regular reports for management.

Team Scheduling and Supervision

Develop and implement work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and supervise team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week.
