Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Canada Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of sales workers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize payments, resolve customer complaints, and handle returns and exchanges.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
