Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all sales and customer service goals are met, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of sales associates and other store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise displays.
  • Manage store visual merchandising, including creating and implementing visual displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Process and manage store transactions, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance.
  • Communicate effectively with store staff, management, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
