Job Title: Windows End-Point Deployment Analyst

Job Summary:

The Windows End-Point Deployment Analyst will be responsible for managing and administering the SCCM/MECM environment, creating and maintaining standardized Windows images, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in creating and maintaining standardized Windows images, Windows Application Packaging & Task Sequences, Windows Installer, MSI, and MSIX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and Administration of SCCM/MECM Environment.
  • Advanced experience in creating and maintaining standardized Windows images (Desired Configuration Management).
  • Windows Application Packaging & Task Sequences, Windows Installer, MSI, and MSIX.
  • Expertise in Microsoft SQL scripting, queries, and reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Managing Microsoft Updates with SCCM (Patch Tuesday).
  • Advanced experience in Active Directory Group Policy design, configuration, and management.
  • Desktop and Laptop Computer Hardware Configuration, Troubleshooting, and Repair.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven competency in Computer Support (Tier 2).
  • Proven competency in CompTIA A+.
  • Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configuration.
  • Experience with Lenovo Desktops & Notebooks.
  • Experience with Panasonic Ruggedized Toughbooks for field workers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working Conditions:

The Resource will be required to work and be located on site at SaskEnergy Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm and the proposed hourly rate shall be inclusive of all travel and living costs (PST and GST are extra). Occasional travel to support offices across the province may be required. On-Call may be required as determined and agreed to by SaskEnergy and successful candidate; for example, a rotational on-call schedule in 1-week intervals.
