Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Gilani Group Inc O/A A&W. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and prepare and submit reports.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and supervise the delivery of food trolleys.
- Team Management: Establish work schedules, supervise and check the work of staff, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Our team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills. We offer a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.

This is a permanent position with 32.5 hours per week. The work language is English.
