Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and profit targets through direct customer interactions and managed accounts.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Key Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with Commercial Director to manage and optimize sales budgets for cost-effective and profitable operations.
- Develop and maintain sales reporting systems to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead negotiations with key clients and partners to secure profitable agreements aligned with company goals.
- Cross-functional collaboration with other departments, such as operations, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure seamless execution of customer solutions.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the audiovisual and event technology industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Leadership experience, including managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using sales management and reporting tools.
