Renovation Cost Estimator Specialist

At West Experts Renovation Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Renovation Cost Estimator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing estimates of labour and/or material costs, preparing pre-qualification submissions to present clients, and reading blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction costs and be able to project cash flow and financing requirements. They will also be responsible for creating and submitting estimate reports, quote sheets and bids forms, as well as advising on tendering procedures.

As a Renovation Cost Estimator Specialist, you will work closely with our project managers to ensure that all renovation projects are completed on time and within budget. This will involve setting up cost monitoring and reporting systems, monitoring and adjusting contract expenditures, and providing regular updates to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering, and at least one year of experience in a similar role. They will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health and dental insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
