Business Operations Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional with strong administrative skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating Office Services:
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Establishing Work Priorities:
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Administering Policies and Procedures:
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Preparing Reports and Manuals:
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Overseeing Office Administrative Procedures:
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Education:
- The ideal candidate should have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required.
- Language Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between $55,000 to $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including free parking, paid time off, and support for newcomers and refugees.
