Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating strong relationships with customers and recommending personalized eyewear solutions.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible vision care.
  • Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinating measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with colleagues, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, adhering to our high standards of visual merchandising.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and basic math skills.
  • Ability to sell through effective sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
