Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Community Physiotherapist to join our team at Community Therapists. As a key member of our community-based rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their homes and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
  • Supervise and mentor rehabilitation assistants to ensure high-quality care
  • Develop and implement gym and pool-based activation programs to promote client independence
  • Liaise with healthcare teams, including occupational therapists and physicians, to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

  • Current membership with the College of Physiotherapists of British Columbia (CPTBC) or eligibility for registration
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Experience with standardized assessments and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with insurance payers and other stakeholders
