We're looking for a highly skilled Management Consultant to join our team at MacPhie. This is an exciting opportunity to drive change and make a meaningful impact on our clients' organizations.

As a Management Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting and analyzing research, preparing and delivering written reports and presentations, and supporting the development of our business and clients.

We pride ourselves on our energetic culture, with a focus on personal growth and teamwork. Our approach is open, collegial, and highly supportive, making it an ideal place for consultants to grow and develop their skills.

We have a fundamental belief in making organizations and their people magnetic – attracting those stakeholders that matter most to them. We help organizations shape their future direction and cultures by building effective leadership, energized teams, and enduring results.

Our firm is a boutique Toronto-based management consultancy, reinventing the way organizations engage with people who matter most to them. We work with leaders to develop their strategies, transform their cultures and build high-performing teams.

About Us

We are a dynamic and innovative company, passionate about helping Canadian organizations thrive on the world stage. We believe that people - of all cultures, backgrounds, abilities, and identities - have tremendous potential to change the world. That's why we are committed to advancing equity and inclusion in our work, both internally and with clients.

We've built lasting relationships with clients ranging from global Fortune 100 companies to post-secondary institutions to local not-for-profits. Our sector-agnostic approach cross pollinates thinking and brings fresh ideas and perspectives to solve challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Provide project management support for client engagements, including managing project work plans, organizing logistics, liaising with clients and ensuring projects remain on time and on budget.
  • Collaborate with the team to play an active role in client engagements, including conducting research, analyzing data, generating insights/solutions and developing reports and presentations.
  • Actively participate in client meetings.
  • Support the management of MacPhie's business operations, including but not limited to financial management, people and culture, and marketing.
  • Support business development through the creation of proposals and RFP responses.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of conducting and analyzing qualitative research, whether in an academic or professional setting.
  • Experience in a corporate or professional setting (could be through co-op, summer work experience or internships).
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office specifically PowerPoint, or other presentation software.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytics and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication skills including persuasive writing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
  • Genuine desire to share an opinion, listen actively, and contribute consistently.
  • An undergraduate or post-secondary degree in Business and/or Communications is an asset.
  • Experience in project management or account management is an asset.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.

At MacPhie, we value our employees' well-being and offer flexible working arrangements, including remote work options and generous paid time off. We also prioritize ongoing learning and development, providing regular training and mentorship opportunities to support your career growth.
