$170,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership role that will drive strategy to transform current platforms using new technologies and tools. You will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing effective solutions that resolve complex business problems.

You will oversee the support of critical business applications and work to continuously improve service levels while building strong relationships with key business and technical partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive technology innovation to enhance user experience, redesign process flows, improve production support efforts, reduce operational costs, and improve security, availability, and reliability of overall business systems.
  • Responsible for the design, architecture, and successful implementation of effective and quality solutions that resolve highly complex business problems and support business needs.
  • Oversee the support of critical business applications and work to continuously improve service levels while building strong relationships with key business and technical partners.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of software development experience with clear progression through the ranks, and 3+ years leading and building high-performance teams.

They will also have experience in a technical role in an Agile environment, a proven track record in delivering large-scale multi-year projects/programs, and the ability to lead and motivate software development teams on tight deadlines.
