- Key Responsibilities:

- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of culinary genres and food preparation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Work Environment:
- Restaurant setting with a fast-paced environment.
- 35 hours per week.
