About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge Smithers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and disinfect all surfaces, including floors, walls, and furniture, in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Make beds and change linens as needed.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests.
  • Stock linen closets and restock supplies as needed.
  • Empty trash and recyclables from guest rooms and public areas.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
