We are seeking a seasoned internal communication and employee experience professional to lead our Human Resources team as Principal.

As Principal, you will be responsible for creating internal communication strategies in collaboration with the human resources, marketing, and management teams. You will execute plans to ensure that internal communication initiatives are implemented effectively and support Normandin Beaudry's business strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing internal communications related to talent management, diversity and inclusion, community, innovation, group benefits, wellness programs, compensation, engagement, culture, and organizational transformation.
  • Acting as an internal communication specialist to define, execute, and evaluate communication and change management strategies to deploy priority projects and organizational transformations.
  • Conducting research to identify best practices in internal communication and employee experience.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop internal and external communication methods.
  • Managing internal news and content feed of various communication channels.

To be eligible for this position, you must have a bachelor's degree in communication, human resources, or a related field, combined with at least 10 years of experience in a similar position focused on internal communications.

Fluency in written and spoken French and English is required, as you will be frequently in contact with English-speaking clients.

Experience in consulting services is an asset.

Strong writing, project management, change management, and content creation skills are essential.

Ability to think and communicate clearly, to express a coherent point of view on complex issues, and to write concise and engaging content.
