Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at OC OPEN CONNECTION LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient sales processes.
- Assign tasks and duties to sales staff, including sales floor coverage, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Authorize payments and returns, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to enhance the store's appearance and drive sales.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the design team to plan and develop exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, and retail spaces.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The Retail Store Supervisor will work 40 hours per week, with a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
