As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of meals, as well as maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
* Supervise and train kitchen staff
* Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
* Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
* Assist with inventory management and ordering

Requirements:

* 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
* Safe Food Handling certificate
* Food Safety Certificate
* Cook Trade Certification

Working Conditions:
