Job Title: Plant Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Plant Equipment Technician to join our team at Ya YA Foods Corp (RP0001). As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery, including constructing foundations and repairing or replacing defective parts.
  • Operate machining tools to fabricate parts and install machinery and equipment.
  • Coach and instruct apprentices in the maintenance and repair of plant equipment.
  • Supervise other workers and ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy environments, and with odours.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in confined spaces.
