Job Title: Security Supervisor

Viking Security Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of security protocols, and providing guidance and support to security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and maintain the security equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the work area to identify potential security risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Setting:
  • Willing to relocate.
  • Security guard agency.
Work Language:

English.

Hours:

40 hours per week.
