The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of security protocols, and providing guidance and support to security personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and maintain the security equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective responses.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the security team is aware of and adheres to company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Willing to relocate.
  • Security guard agency experience.
Work Setting
  • On the road job.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
