Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and ensure that the restaurant operates within budget.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including food order summaries and sales data.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, and ensure that food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and may be required to work on weekends and holidays.
