About the Opportunity
This role involves:
- Performing basic vehicle care and maintenance, including oil change, lubrication work, filter replacement, and tire rotation/replacement
- Communicating with the Service Advisor and Shop Foreman to provide updates regarding the vehicle
- Documenting all vehicle repair and maintenance performed, on the repair order
- Road testing vehicles, as required
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Lube/Tire Technician
- A Post-Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- The ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- A Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
- The ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- The ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- The ability to maintain professionalism
- The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Self-motivation and a passion for excellence in execution
- A desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
