Automotive Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our team at Zanchin Automotive Group. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance and repair on customer and dealership vehicles, while developing your practical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic vehicular care and maintenance, including oil change, lubrication work, filter replacement, and tire rotation/replacement
- Communicate with the Service Advisor and Shop Foreman to provide updates regarding the vehicle
- Document all vehicle repair and maintenance performed, on the repair order
- Road test vehicles, as required
About You
We are looking for an individual with a strong background and proven experience performing vehicle maintenance, including:
- 1 to 3 years proven experience as a Lube/Tire Apprentice Technician
- Post Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- Ability to maintain professionalism
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- Desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
- Proven commitment to quality of work
