About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Science Consultant to join our team at The Decision Lab. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients solve complex problems using evidence-based approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify key insights and recommendations for clients
  • Develop and implement custom solutions to address client challenges, leveraging behavioral science concepts and frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact projects
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in behavioral science and apply this knowledge to drive business results
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, behavioral science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
