About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Science Consultant to join our team at The Decision Lab. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for applying behavioral science principles to help our clients solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct desk research and data analysis to identify key insights and trends
  • Develop and implement evidence-based solutions to address client challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement behavioral interventions
  • Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform client recommendations
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. behavioral science, psychology, economics)
  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting or research role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
