About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Science Consultant to join our team at The Decision Lab. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients solve complex problems using evidence-based approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify key drivers of behavior change
  • Develop and implement customized solutions to address client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement experiments and data analysis
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in behavioral science and apply this knowledge to drive business results
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. behavioral science, psychology, economics)
  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting or research role
  • Proven track record of applying behavioral science principles to drive business results
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
