In this role as an Account Manager, you will manage and retain assigned business blocks in relation to plan design, cost containment initiatives, renewals, reporting, client questions, concerns, and service deliveries. You will work closely with implementation specialists, sales consultants/brokers, underwriters, and client service specialists to set up new groups.
You will also support clients with claims, administration, enrollment, and calls, working directly with insurers and representatives to ensure all administrative requirements and requests are completed to meet client needs.
To be successful in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration, minimum 1-2 years' experience in group benefits in a client-facing role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
A solution-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills, ability to meet deadlines, and provide deliverables in a timely manner is ideal for this role. Additionally, a valid driver's license and consistent access to a vehicle are required.
