About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Centre Practice Leader to join our team at Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in a Director-level capacity. As a key member of our Power group, you will be responsible for delivering power solutions for our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Focus: Exceed client expectations through strong account management and lead accounts for major clients in the Business Centre.
  • Business Development: Achieve minimum client- and proposal-specific marketing and business development (M&BD) sales goals, including internal cross-selling initiatives.
  • Project Delivery: Lead delivery of significant project pursuits and achieve minimum direct utilization target of 25%.
  • Practice Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and hold the team accountable for delivering innovative design solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Electrical, Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of Power design and project engineering experience within utilities, EPC and/or consulting organizations.
  • Credentials: Professional Engineer (P.Eng) registered with any Canadian Engineering Association.
