Job Overview:

Brock Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Director - Automation to lead the implementation of real-time control system and automation solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects with budgets between $500k and $10M.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial management and oversight of projects
  2. Client relationship management and communication
  3. Scope management and internal/external coordination
  4. Resource allocation and utilization
  5. Project schedule creation and management
  6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners
  7. Risk identification and resolution
  8. Ensuring high-quality project outcomes through standard processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role on controls automation projects
  • Experience in managing projects in manufacturing industries is an asset
  • Customer-focused, action-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based project environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is an asset
  • College diploma or University degree in a relevant field of study

This role requires approximately 30% travel.
