Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Project Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing monthly project reports and analysis on revenue, gross margin, cash flow, and bookings/backlog.
- Ensuring accounts receivable and work-in-progress are current and following up on any overdue or outstanding amounts.
- Assisting with the preparation of project forecasts, budgets, and estimates.
- Preparing monthly revenue recognition and accrual entries in line with IFRS 15 standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in accounting, commerce, or business administration.
- 5+ years of financial/accounting work experience, preferably in core project accounting.
- CPA designation or in progress of pursuing it.
- Prior external audit experience with a reputable accounting firm is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Prior hands-on experience working with Oracle EBS, Business Object, and Adaptive Insight is desired.
