What it's like to be a Northbridge Account Administrator Specialist

The Account Services Specialist is responsible for the administration and servicing of assigned programs in accordance with established guidelines and business objectives.

This role involves ensuring compliance with program guidelines by reviewing premium and claim reports, booking premiums, and addressing non-compliance. Responsibilities include communicating with accounting and claims departments, monitoring program trends, and applying best practices. Additionally, the role involves improving work processes, collaborating on projects, reviewing new business documentation, updating contracts, ensuring legal compliance, adjusting Gap claims, and recommending pricing for Gap/Warranty programs.

If you are great at:

1. Administration and servicing
2. Reviewing and evaluating periodic premium and claim activity reports for compliance.
3. Ensuring adherence to reporting, premium production, claims management, and settlement protocols.
4. Booking premiums and maintaining internal Excel workbooks for monitoring.
5. Presenting claim activity reports to the claims department and addressing their concerns.
6. Developing and maintaining a professional relationship with customers in order to enhance and contribute to customer satisfaction, quality service and problem solving.

If you have:

1. Actively pursuing CIP designation.
2. Post-secondary school education and/or equivalent on-the-job experience.
3. 7 years of experience in property and casualty Insurance industry insurance risks (warranty and service contract experience is welcomed), including data analysis, coverage review and form creation.
4. Working knowledge of the company's business philosophy, corporate structure and target customer.
5. Ability to work within and adapt to PC oriented environments, including e-mail and internet skills.
