Job Description

The Raw Scheduling Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of raw product delivery plans. This involves coordinating with freight companies, loading crews, 3rd party vendors, and plant production teams to guarantee timely and efficient deliveries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute daily raw scheduling plans to meet operational goals.
  • Maintain strong communication channels with support groups to align with operational objectives.
  • Conduct regular raw inspections to ensure accuracy and improve knowledge of raw quality, driving production success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling loading and delivery operations.
  • Direct and coordinate the use and scheduling of raw products to meet quality, cost, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with field representatives to monitor receiving activity at company storages and plants, providing harvest support as needed.
  • Support field department accounting staff in ensuring the accuracy of raw delivery information and researching related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and upgrade truck scale programs, working closely with IT personnel to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform reconciliations between scale tickets and executed delivery plans to maintain information consistency and accuracy.
Requirements

This role requires a strong understanding of inventory supply management to support 24/7 operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution is preferred, although related experience and/or training can be considered in lieu of formal education. Weekend and non-standard business hours may be required.
