Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Econo Liqour #6. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that products are accurately stocked and easily accessible to customers.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise and authorize returns, ensuring that our store remains well-stocked and competitive.
- Sales and Revenue: Assign sales workers to duties, prepare reports on sales volumes, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Work Environment: Maintain a fast-paced and organized work environment, ensuring that the store remains clean and safe for customers and employees.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail environment
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 30 to 44 hours per week
