Job Overview

Salary Information

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28.21/hour.

Job Responsibilities

The Paint Line Equipment Specialist is responsible for operating, monitoring, loading, and unloading equipment that paints and dries threaded couplings into a finished product. The role requires working within the company's safety and quality protocols, transporting product to the workstation, setting up and maintaining spraying and stenciling processes, operating the line, visually inspecting the product, maintaining traceability, and transporting the finished product to the next process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent education will be considered.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Trades, or Engineering, or a combination of both education and industry experience will be strongly considered.
  • Preferred Assets: Experience in operating equipment and being mechanically inclined.
  • Demonstration of proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to constantly push self and others to be top performers and exceed goals.
  • Use logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
