Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at RAJA THAI AND INDIAN CUISINE. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Overtime required
  • Physically demanding
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Work under pressure
Work Environment
