This role is key to our Customer Success retention strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic account plans and roadmaps to drive client retention and expansion within our suite of products and services.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our GRC products and services, including demo product functionality, general product training, and educating clients on best practices.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' GRC requirements, objectives, and challenges to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Ensure proper understanding and adoption of the platform solutions to identify at-risk clients and increase usage of the software.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to drive continuous improvement of the platform based on client use cases.

Salary Range:$120,000 - $150,000 CAD

Required Experience/Skills:
  • Adaptive mindset and ability to drive tangible business value for customers.
  • Ability to build relationships both internally and externally to understand customer needs.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a client-facing role within the legal, audit, risk, or compliance industry.
  • Understanding of GRC domain, regulations, industry standards, and experience with software solutions and platforms.
