Hospitality Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pacific Link Retail Group Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, service, and supervision.
Responsibilities
- Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of staff.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
Preferred
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
