About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at HANAMI. As an operational restaurant supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our kitchen and food service staff, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that we remain within budget and meet our financial targets.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our kitchen and food service staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
