Business Development Director - PSC Group

Job Summary

The Business Development Director will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the Canadian market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Canadian business landscape and a proven track record of success in business development, sales, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends in Canada.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Canadian market.
  • Identify, target, and engage prospective clients in Canada.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Represent PSC Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and market presence in Canada.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the Canadian market.
  • A proven track record of successfully securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and key industry sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plan matching.
